Shipping

International Shipping: 

We offer free shipping to all countries with any order over $220 USD. 

Update (03/01/2025): Due to Trump's Tariffs, we have raised minimum order amount for free shipping to $175. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Free shipping discount is counted in USD only. International customers will have to reach $220 USD in their respective currency exchange.

 

Shipping Methods: 

For standard shipping, we use YunExpress and USPS or others with an estimated transit time of 7-14 days.

For international orders, we use YunExpress and EMS or others with an estimated transit time of 10-20 days.

All orders are shipped according to their longest construction period. Some items may have longer construction periods, some items have short construction periods. Please note that we ship orders after all items are in our warehouse. 

YunGee  shall not be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Potential processing and shipping delays may occur due to public holidays, peak periods, adverse weather conditions, flight availability, processing facility staff shortages, and temporary closures.

While we strive to provide efficient shipping services, there will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.
